AIA Society began the way most good things do — with people gathered around food. What started as a single dining room grew, guest by guest, into a family of houses: GAIA for the evenings, Eggcellent for the mornings, and Orion for the moments in between that deserve a stage.
Today the Society is a group in name, but a household in spirit. The same faces move between our kitchens, the same standards set every table, and the same welcome waits at every door.
